Several of its payment help pages even say "ACBuy" instead of AllChinaBuy, and acbuyspreadsheet.net is one of its top referrers. Its privacy notice refers to affiliated group companies. Similarweb puts AllChinaBuy at about 439,548 monthly visits versus roughly 1.9 million each for Superbuy and ACBuy.

Billable weight is the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight (length × width × height in cm ÷ 6000). Shipping is collected as a deposit based on estimated weight and settled after the parcel is weighed and dispatched. All parcels ship from a single South China warehouse; cosmetics are limited to 100 ml per bottle and 200 ml per parcel. Optional insurance costs a flat ¥20 for declared values up to ¥500 and 4% above that, covering delay (20% shipping refund), loss or damage and customs seizure up to ¥7,000 for goods plus ¥3,000 for shipping, with a 30-day claim window.

Storage is free for 90 days from check-in and capped at 180 days. After 90 days a small per-item daily storage fee applies (AllChinaBuy's own help pages quote ¥0.1 and ¥0.3 per item per day in different places), an email reminder goes out at 150 days, and items still in the warehouse after 180 days are treated as abandoned. You can extend storage for ¥10 per month, up to six months per purchase, and buy extensions repeatedly. Unmatched parcels that cannot be linked to an order are only kept for 60 days. The free standard service includes three photos (front, back, and side or logo), an appearance check covering colour, major damage, stains, size and model, measurements, and free minimal packaging, packaging removal or tag removal. Colour deviation, minor size tolerance and how a product performs in use are outside the inspection scope, and electronics are checked for appearance only unless you pay for a power-on test. Paid extras include HD photos at ¥2 each (half price from the third, within 24 hours), detailed inspection, model try-on photos for clothing and shoes, thread trimming, label cutting, re-inspection and priority check-in.

AllChinaBuy's only official community channel is its Discord server; support is also available via Intercom chat on the site and by email, 9:00–18:00 Beijing time, seven days a week.
