Not for standard orders. Superbuy's pricing page lists zero service fee for purchases from Taobao, Tmall, JD and 1688, which covers most of what appears on a Superbuy spreadsheet. Fees apply only to other sources: a flat ¥20 for second-hand listings on Xianyu, Paipai or Zhuanzhuan; 10% (minimum ¥10, maximum ¥20) for Kongfz and any platform not named on the pricing page; and 10% (minimum ¥20, maximum ¥300) for the Shipping Expert service used on pre-sale and limited-release items. Your total is therefore product cost (item price plus domestic shipping plus any purchasing fee), international shipping, and whichever optional value-added services you choose.

How much does Superbuy international shipping cost?

Superbuy quotes international shipping as five parts: a first-weight fee, an additional-weight fee, a customs declaration fee, a fuel surcharge and a handling fee, with more than 100 shipping lines to choose from. Its own worked example prices a 1,000 g parcel on the HK UPS Economy (Tax-Free) line at ¥428: ¥320 for the first 500 g, ¥50 for the next 500 g and ¥38 for customs declaration. Shipping is paid as a deposit based on estimated weight, line and destination, with the difference refunded or topped up after the parcel is weighed. Prime members receive 20% off international shipping for the whole year, and confirming receipt plus leaving a review earns credit that can be applied to future shipping. How long does Superbuy store items, and what does the free QC include?

Every item is inspected, photographed and checked into the warehouse on arrival, with 3 free QC photos; 1688 orders follow a separate QC standard. Storage is free for 90 days. After that Superbuy charges ¥0.1 per item per day, and items left beyond 180 days are treated as abandoned. You can also prepay a storage extension at ¥10 per month for up to six months. If the free photos are not enough, paid add-ons include detailed photos (¥2 per piece), a re-inspection with three more photos (¥6), a detailed inspection of linings, zippers, pockets and minor stains (¥5.50 per item), power-on testing for electronics (¥12 per piece), a 360° product video (¥20) and model try-on photos from four angles where you can specify the model's height, weight and shoe size (¥30 per piece).
