Compensation follows the standard of the shipping line you chose. You must open a claim within 7 days of signing for the parcel, or within 45 days of dispatch if it never arrives, by contacting customer service; once verified, the refund is credited to your OopBuy account. The policy, in force since September 1, 2023, excludes force majeure, claims without evidence, late claims, theft after delivery, prohibited items and losses caused by the buyer.
