Does USFans charge a service fee on spreadsheet orders?

Accepted Answer

No. USFans advertises a free purchasing-agent service, so nothing is added to the item price as commission. Your total is the item cost (product price plus the seller's domestic shipping to the USFans warehouse), plus international shipping, plus customs charges in your country. Extras are optional and priced per use: rehearsal packing ¥20 per parcel, parcel photos ¥5 per parcel, detailed photos ¥1 each. The one cost to watch is the exchange rate: when we checked on 13 April 2026, a ¥168 listing showed as $27.20, an implied 6.176 CNY per USD versus a 6.83 mid-market rate, about 10.6% above market.

How long does USFans store items, and what do the free QC photos cover?

Items bought through USFans are stored free for 90 days from arrival; parcels sent in under the Forwarding service get 60 days. After the limit, goods are treated as abandoned and destroyed. On arrival you receive 3–5 free QC photos checking colour, major damage, stains, size and model. Colour deviation, size tolerance and real-world performance are not covered, electronics are only checked externally without being powered on, and USFans states it cannot professionally authenticate brands. Additional detailed photos cost ¥1 each, and 1688 items are inspected under a different QC standard.

Yes — Weidian is central to how USFans is used. The platform lists Weidian alongside Taobao and 1688 in its own title tag, and Similarweb outbound data shows 58.2% of clicks leaving usfans.com go to weidian.com, the highest Weidian share of any buying agent we have researched. Weidian listings open on USFans at usfans.com/product/3/{item id}. USFans also supports Taobao, Tmall, JD.com and 1688 natively, claims to parse 99% of Taobao, Tmall and 1688 listings automatically, and offers image search so you can find a listing from a photo.

According to Similarweb (28 days to 10 April 2026), USFans draws about 1.06 million monthly visits. Poland is the largest market at 44.46%, followed by the United States (14.54%), Indonesia (12.45%), Spain (8.15%) and Italy (4.30%) — the Indonesian share is unique among the agents we have researched. Social traffic is 69% YouTube and 23% Reddit, so most USFans spreadsheets surface through haul videos and Reddit threads. Referral traffic is unusual: 52% comes from video-game sites such as swagworld.eu, Telegram channels contribute 7.9%, and usfanssheets.com is a dedicated directory of USFans spreadsheets. USFans also runs an official Discord server and 7×24 online support.

What payment methods does USFans accept?

USFans accepts PayPal, international credit cards and Google Pay, and you can also top up an account balance and pay from it. Multiple currencies are supported, but prices are converted at USFans' own rate rather than the mid-market rate — our 13 April 2026 test showed a markup of about 10.6%. New accounts receive 26 coupons on registration, visible in the account sidebar after login.

Does USFans offer shipping insurance, and who pays customs?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you add insurance when submitting a parcel, USFans covers delays, loss or damage, and customs seizure. Compensation equals the actual shipping fee plus the actual item value, capped at the insured amount; a delay payout is made first and later deducted from any loss or seizure claim. Force majeure, refusal to cooperate with customs, and returns or destruction caused by the recipient are excluded. Premiums vary by line and are shown on the parcel submission page. Customs charges are a separate part of your total and are billed by your country; USFans states that branded goods carry customs risk and that it does not handle clearance.
