HubbuyCN stores items free for 300 days from check-in, the longest window among the buying agents we track. A reminder email is sent at day 270; if nothing has been submitted and there is no response by day 300, the parcel is treated as abandoned and disposed of, with no further reminders. Unmatched parcels (those that cannot be linked to an order) are kept for 60 days. Quality inspection is appearance-only — model, style and size — and applies in full to clothing, bags and shoes. Sealed packages and non-apparel items are not opened, and electronics, digital goods and appliances are not checked for authenticity, function or quality. Every parcel is screened against HubbuyCN's prohibited-goods rules.

What is the difference between Fill&Buy and Forwarding on HubbuyCN?

Fill&Buy is the agent service: a spreadsheet row hands HubbuyCN the listing link, HubbuyCN purchases the item and receives it at its warehouse. Forwarding is for buyers who order from the Chinese seller themselves and only need HubbuyCN to receive, store, consolidate and ship the parcel. Consolidation is supported, so items can be combined into one international parcel. What happens if a HubbuyCN parcel is lost or damaged in transit?

Without insurance, HubbuyCN compensates according to the standard of the shipping line you chose; with insurance, the insurance terms apply instead. Several situations are excluded from compensation either way: loss caused by force majeure or customs, claims without supporting evidence, parcels that breached the prohibited-goods rules, shortfalls inside a parcel whose outer packaging arrived intact, seizure or destruction by customs, losses caused by the customer's own actions, and claims raised after the enquiry period has passed.
