No. JoyaGoo runs what it calls a free shopping agent service, so no commission is added to the product price. On top of the item you pay international shipping and any customs charges, and optional value-added services such as extra QC photos are billed only if you order them. If you return an item, the return shipping and handling costs are deducted from your refund. One cost that is easy to miss is the exchange rate: in our April 2026 spot check a ¥168 Weidian item was shown as $27.56, an implied rate of 6.10 CNY per dollar against a 6.83 mid-market rate, about 12% above market.

JoyaGoo promotes "Free Insurance — Enjoy your shopping with free insurance" on its homepage, and it is the only Chinese buying agent in our research that bundles parcel insurance at no charge. The help centre does not publish the detailed terms, such as claim limits or excluded goods, so if you are shipping a high-value haul it is worth confirming the conditions with support or on the official Discord before you pay for shipping.

How long does JoyaGoo store items, and what does its quality check cover?

Items are stored free for 90 days after they reach the warehouse, and you can extend storage at ¥10 per 30 days. Once you submit a parcel for shipping there is a separate 30-day window to pay the shipping fee. Goods that go overdue with no communication are treated as abandoned and destroyed. The standard arrival check covers appearance only: colour, visible damage, stains, size and model. Electronics get a visual check without being powered on, and colour differences or small size deviations are outside the inspection scope. JoyaGoo uploads arrival photos for you to confirm; additional QC photos are a paid value-added service.

For listings that are not recognised automatically you can file a DIY Order with the link and details by hand, and the image search lets you find a product from a photo. JoyaGoo also runs a Forwarding mode, so you can send parcels you bought yourself to its warehouse and ship them out together with your agent purchases.

What is JoyaGoo's after-sales policy if something is wrong with my order?

After-sales runs on a 7-day window that opens when you confirm receipt, as long as you confirm within 38 days of the parcel being shipped. If you never confirm, the window closes automatically 45 days after shipping. To open a claim you upload photos of both the parcel and the items, and the available remedies are refund, return or exchange. JoyaGoo reserves the right to refuse after-sales once tracking has shown the parcel as delivered for 3 days or more, so check your haul as soon as it lands. Return shipping and handling costs are deducted from any refund.

Does JoyaGoo offer a welcome bonus or an affiliate programme?

New accounts receive a ¥1,200 coupon pack, about 20% more than the ¥1,000 packs most buying agents hand out. JoyaGoo also runs a five-tier affiliate programme advertised on its homepage: Basic pays 4% commission, rising through Bronze (5%), Silver (6%) and Gold (7%) to Platinum (8%) as your points pass 5,000, 20,000, 80,000 and 400,000. The programme is still young: at the time of research the top promoter's cumulative earnings stood at ¥537.
