Each route comes back with the freight, fuel and handling charges listed separately, the volumetric divisor it used, the chargeable weight it settled on, the minimum and maximum weight the route accepts, and its size limit. Routes that prepay duty on your behalf show that prepayment as its own line rather than burying it in the shipping price — so a duties-paid route and a duties-on-arrival route can be compared honestly. A 2 kg parcel to the United States returns around a dozen carriable routes; declaring batteries or magnets cuts that to a handful and liquids to fewer still.

90 days free, counted from the day the item is shelved in the warehouse, and it sends reminders seven days out, three days out, and on the expiry day. From day 91 an overdue storage fee accrues daily, settled in RMB. The absolute ceiling is 120 days from shelving — that is the point at which the item can no longer stay, regardless of fees paid. If you are consolidating slowly, the 90-day mark is the one to plan around, not the 120.

How many free quality-check photos does ZentBuy provide?

Three to six, shot from the front, back and side or logo, covering colour, size and visible damage. Its help centre is explicit that minor details — slight colour differences, loose threads — are not what that check is for. If you need a specific angle, a close-up of a logo or a tape-measure shot, custom photos are ¥1 each and you specify what you want. For anything expensive, that is a pound or so well spent before it leaves China.
