What is a SinaBuy Spreadsheet?

A SinaBuy Spreadsheet is a searchable product catalog built from Chinese marketplace listings. This page lets you filter products by category, brand, price and keyword, check the original seller link and available QC, and then open the selected item with SinaBuy for ordering.

How do I buy from the SinaBuy Spreadsheet?

Choose a product, open its original listing and confirm the exact size, colour or model. Then use the SinaBuy purchase button, check that the imported item and CNY price match, review the live conversion and payment costs, and submit the order through SinaBuy.

Does the SinaBuy Spreadsheet include QC photos?

Products can show available historical QC references, but those photos may belong to earlier orders and do not guarantee the condition of your item. SinaBuy’s published warehouse inspection covers visible appearance and obvious issues without promising a fixed standard photo count, so review your own order photos before shipping.

Why can the SinaBuy total differ from the Spreadsheet price?

The catalog shows the source product price, while the final SinaBuy amount can also include China domestic delivery, the current CNY conversion, payment processing, optional services, customs costs and international freight. Compare each line separately before paying.

How long does SinaBuy store products and allow returns?

SinaBuy publishes 300 days of storage for correctly matched purchasing and forwarding orders, with a reminder after 270 days. Eligible returns or exchanges should be requested within five days after stock-in and remain subject to the seller’s policy and the item’s condition.

Is SinaBuy legit?

SinaBuy is an operating buying agent. Its exchange-rate markup is +5% — compare the estimated landed price on this page against other agents before placing a large order.

Exchange-rate markup +5%

Find products first, check the original listing and available QC, then send the exact link to SinaBuy for purchase and international shipping.

The SinaBuy Spreadsheet is a searchable catalog of products found on Chinese marketplaces. Use category, brand, price and keyword filters to compare clothing, shoes and accessories, open the original seller page, and review any available historical QC. When you choose an item, the purchase button sends the source listing to SinaBuy so you can confirm the exact variant and CNY price before paying.

SinaBuy publishes a 300-day storage period for correctly matched purchasing and forwarding orders and a five-day return or exchange request window after stock-in. Its standard inspection is limited to visible appearance, labels, model, obvious damage and missing accessories: it does not authenticate products, power on electronics, confirm actual garment measurements or guarantee colour accuracy. Always check your own warehouse photos before submitting an international parcel.

What you actually pay via SinaBuy

SinaBuy’s Services and Fees article says it does not add a purchasing handling fee, but the product price is only one part of the total.
China domestic delivery, the platform’s current currency conversion, payment processing, optional services, customs declaration and international freight are separate.
The official recharge article currently lists PayPal at 3.5% plus US$0.30, while other payment methods can differ.

SinaBuy converts CNY at roughly +5% over the mid-market rate. That markup is already included in the estimated prices on this page.

How to use the SinaBuy spreadsheet

Use the catalog to narrow the product list before you create an order. The original seller listing remains the reference for the variant, CNY price, domestic delivery and return eligibility.

Search by product type, brand or price. Start with the clothing, shoes or accessories page, then use the catalog filters and search box to reduce a large list to relevant products.

Check the original seller listing. Confirm the selected colour, size or model, seller notes, CNY price and China domestic shipping. A catalog entry can become outdated when a seller changes or removes a listing.

Open the item with SinaBuy. Use the purchase button and verify that SinaBuy loaded the same item and variant. Review the live currency conversion, payment charge and estimated costs instead of relying only on the catalog price.

Review warehouse photos promptly. Check the visible model, label, colour and damage after stock-in. If a seller allows returns, submit the request within SinaBuy’s published five-day warehouse window.

Checks to make before ordering through SinaBuy

Unmatched or incomplete forwarding parcels use a 60-day period, not the normal 300-day rule.
SinaBuy does not publish a fixed standard number of free QC photos in its current help articles.
Electronics are not powered on, and authenticity, actual sizing and color difference are outside the stated inspection scope.
Insurance excludes multiple customs, recipient, packaging and evidence failures; it is not universal parcel protection.
